Poise Event Tech is a new business offering a streamlined delegate management platform designed by event managers, for event managers. Their software brings registrations, attendee data, session changes, live reporting and event-specific information together in one place, simplifying the management of complex events.

The brief was to create a professional, modern website that clearly communicated the platform's capabilities, established credibility for the new business and encouraged potential customers to book a demonstration.

What We Delivered

We designed and developed a fully bespoke, custom-coded WordPress website, creating a distinctive digital presence that reflects the innovative nature of the business.

The website combines bold typography, engaging visuals and a modern, responsive design with clear messaging and intuitive navigation.

A key part of the project was incorporating video content and product demonstrations, allowing potential customers to see the platform in action and better understand how its features could support their events.

We also created dedicated sections highlighting the platform's core capabilities, including delegate data management, live reporting, change requests, multi-session management and tracked changes.

Throughout the build, we focused on creating a clear user journey, guiding visitors from understanding the software to taking the next step and booking a demo.

Tattoo Phil's has been part of Northampton's tattooing scene for more than four decades, building its reputation around creativity, trust and individuality. But the previous website was more than 15 years old and no longer reflected the business it had become, the team behind it or the quality of the client experience.

The brief was to create a completely new digital presence that felt established, creative, professional and distinctive while retaining the personality and heritage that makes Tattoo Phil's recognisable. I designed and developed a fully bespoke, custom-coded website within Go High Level, using bold typography, strong imagery and a visual direction built around the studio's red, black and neutral brand palette.

The new site gives visitors a much clearer picture of the studio, its artists and the work they produce, from custom tattooing and specialist cover-ups to piercing. The overall experience has been designed to feel straightforward, approachable and personal, whether someone arrives with a finished concept or only the first spark of an idea.

One of the biggest issues with the old website happened after someone made an enquiry. A basic contact form meant the team then had to go backwards and forwards requesting placement details, inspiration images and other information before they could properly assess the project or provide a quote.

Using Go High Level, I reworked the enquiry journey so the important information is collected at the point of contact. The new form captures the service required, placement, project details and reference image uploads, giving the team a much more complete enquiry from the outset and reducing unnecessary admin and follow-up.

Alongside the website build, I carried out extensive on-page, technical and local SEO work to strengthen Tattoo Phil's visibility in Google and improve the structure of the site around the services and locations people are actively searching for.

The project has now moved into an ongoing SEO and digital growth retainer, where I continue to work with the team on improving their Google presence, increasing local visibility and helping the website become a stronger source of enquiries over time.
